Here are some pics of my girlfriend Shila from this past weekend's OCB Southwest Classic bodybuilding and figure show held June 2.  She took first place in the novice tall and open tall divisions.  This first pic is taken just before she started her diet at 145lb and 16% fat and happy (ha ha).
